By purchasing from Storie, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products
Digital products purchased through Storie, including but not limited to:
Online workshops
Digital courses
Downloadable resources
Recorded sessions
Digital guides or materials
are non-refundable once purchased.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, refunds cannot be issued once the purchase has been completed and access to the product has been provided.
Before purchasing, we encourage you to carefully review the product description and any available information to ensure it is suitable for your needs.

3. Events & Tickets
Tickets purchased for Storie events, including book clubs, workshops, gatherings, screenings or other in-person experiences, are non-refundable.
Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or cancellations.
This is because event spaces, suppliers and arrangements are booked based on confirmed attendance numbers.
If you are unable to attend an event, your ticket cannot be refunded.
Where possible, and at our discretion, we may allow a ticket to be transferred to another person if requested before the event date. Please contact:

4. Retreats
Retreat bookings are subject to limited availability and significant advance planning, including venue bookings, suppliers and accommodation arrangements.
For this reason, retreat payments are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your retreat booking:
You may cancel before the stated cancellation cut-off date provided at the time of booking.
Any deposit paid will be retained and is non-refundable.
Any additional payments already made towards your retreat will also be non-refundable.
After the cancellation cut-off date, no refunds or credits will be available.
If you are unable to attend a retreat, we may, at our discretion, allow your place to be transferred to another person, subject to approval and any applicable requirements.

5. Memberships
Where Storie offers memberships, membership fees are charged according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.
Membership cancellations:
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future renewal payments.
Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
Previous membership payments are not refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.
While our refund policy applies in all cases, if you experience exceptional circumstances, please contact:

7. Changes or Cancellation by Storie
In the unlikely event that Storie needs to cancel or significantly change an event, retreat or workshop, we will contact affected customers as soon as possible.
Where Storie cancels an experience, customers may be offered:
A transfer to an alternative date (where available), or
A refund of payments made for that cancelled experience
This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
For digital content, you acknowledge that where access to digital content begins immediately after purchase, you may lose your statutory cancellation right where you have expressly agreed to this before accessing the content.
