These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.joinstorie.co.uk and your purchase or participation in any Storie products, services, memberships, coaching, workshops, events, retreats or community experiences.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. About Storie
Storie is a creative personal development and community platform combining books, storytelling, coaching, workshops and reflective practices to support personal growth, connection and self-discovery.
Storie experiences may include:
Book clubs
Membership experiences
1:1 coaching
Group coaching programmes
Digital workshops and courses
Journaling and reflection experiences
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and mindset workshops
In-person events
Retreats
Community experiences
All services are provided by Rebekah Kane trading as Storie.
3. Eligibility
By using Storie services, you confirm that:
You are aged 18 or over
You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms
The information you provide is accurate
You take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation
4. Important Disclaimer
Storie provides educational, creative and personal development experiences only.
Storie is not:
A medical service
A mental health service
Therapy
Psychological treatment
A substitute for professional advice or healthcare
Some Storie experiences may involve coaching, journaling, visualisation, EFT, reflection, mindset exercises or exploring beliefs, emotions and subconscious patterns.
These experiences may bring up personal thoughts or emotions.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
You participate voluntarily
You are responsible for your own decisions, choices and wellbeing
You should seek appropriate professional support where required
Storie does not guarantee specific personal, emotional or life outcomes
5. Purchases & Payments
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
Your payment information is accurate
You have authority to use the chosen payment method
You agree to these Terms
Failure to complete payment may result in access being removed or a booking being cancelled.
Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Storie.
6. Digital Products & Online Content
Digital products may include:
Online workshops
Courses
Recorded sessions
Guides
Workbooks
Templates
Downloadable resources
Digital products are provided for your personal use only.
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once purchase has been completed and access has been provided.
By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:
Access may begin immediately after purchase
You request immediate access to the digital content
Your cancellation rights may be affected once access begins
You must not:
Share login details or access links
Share purchased content with another person
Copy, reproduce, screenshot, record or redistribute materials
Upload Storie content to another website, platform or file-sharing service
Sell, licence or commercially exploit Storie materials
Use Storie frameworks, resources or content to create competing products or services
All Storie content remains the intellectual property of Rebekah Kane trading as Storie.
If we believe digital content has been shared or misused, we reserve the right to remove access without refund.
7. Coaching Services
Storie may offer coaching experiences including:
1:1 Subconscious Breakthrough Coaching
Group coaching programmes
Personal development coaching sessions
Coaching workshops or experiences
Coaching is designed to support personal reflection, mindset development and personal growth.
Coaching does not constitute:
Medical advice
Mental health treatment
Therapy
Psychological diagnosis
Professional advice outside personal development
7.1 Coaching Participation
Coaching conversations may involve exploring:
Beliefs
Behaviour patterns
Goals
Emotions
Personal experiences
Mindset and self-concept
Some discussions may feel challenging or emotional.
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:
You participate voluntarily
You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes
Personal growth requires your own engagement and effort
Storie does not guarantee specific results or transformations
7.2 1:1 Coaching Sessions
All 1:1 coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions are reserved specifically for you and cannot be transferred.
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations:
More than 48 hours before the session: eligible for rescheduling
Within 48 hours of the session: non-refundable and non-transferable
Failure to attend: treated as a cancellation and no refund or replacement session will be provided
Storie reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary.
7.3 Group Coaching Programmes
Group coaching programmes require commitment for the duration stated at purchase.
Due to the nature of group programmes:
Bookings are non-refundable once purchased
Missed sessions cannot be refunded
Access cannot be transferred without prior agreement
Any recordings or resources provided are for personal use only.
7.4 Coaching Client Responsibilities
By participating in coaching, you agree to:
Attend sessions prepared and engaged
Communicate honestly and respectfully
Take responsibility for your own choices and actions
Respect confidentiality within group settings
Treat facilitators and participants respectfully
Storie reserves the right to remove access where behaviour is inappropriate, harmful or disruptive.
No refund will be provided where access is removed due to a breach of these Terms.
8. Memberships
Where Storie offers memberships, membership terms and pricing will be displayed at checkout.
Memberships:
Renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected
Can be cancelled at any time
Continue until the end of the current paid billing period
Are non-refundable once payment has been processed
Membership benefits may include:
Live book clubs
Workshops
Community sessions
Digital resources
Exclusive content
Storie reserves the right to update membership content, schedules or benefits where necessary.
9. Events & Tickets
Tickets purchased for Storie events, including book clubs, workshops, gatherings, screenings or other in-person experiences, are strictly non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event, no refund, credit or exchange will be provided.
Where possible, Storie may allow a ticket transfer to another person at its discretion.
Requests must be made before the event date by contacting:
Storie reserves the right to reschedule events where necessary.
10. Retreat Bookings
Retreat places require significant advance planning, including venue bookings, accommodation, suppliers and experiences.
All retreat payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel before the stated cancellation cut-off date:
Your deposit will be retained and is non-refundable
Any additional payments already made will also be non-refundable
After the cancellation cut-off date, no refunds, credits or transfers will be available.
If you are unable to attend, please contact:
as soon as possible.
At Storie’s discretion, a booking transfer may be permitted where practical.
11. Community Guidelines
Storie is built around kindness, creativity and connection.
By participating in Storie communities, events or workshops, you agree to:
Treat other participants respectfully
Respect different experiences and perspectives
Maintain confidentiality around personal discussions
Avoid harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour
Storie reserves the right to remove access to community spaces where behaviour breaches these Terms.
No refund will be provided where access is removed due to inappropriate behaviour.
12. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy.
Personal information shared during coaching, workshops or community experiences will be treated confidentially except where:
Disclosure is required by law
There is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others
In group settings, Storie cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.
13. Intellectual Property
All Storie materials, including:
Courses
Workshops
Coaching frameworks
Exercises
Resources
Written content
Recordings
Branding
Creative concepts
remain the intellectual property of Rebekah Kane trading as Storie.
You may not:
Reproduce or distribute materials
Share materials without permission
Use materials commercially
Create competing products using Storie content or frameworks
Written permission must be obtained for any alternative use.
14. Data Protection
We process personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR requirements.
Your information may be used for:
Providing Storie services
Managing bookings and purchases
Communicating with you
Legal and administrative purposes
Storie uses third-party platforms including:
Squarespace for website hosting
Substack for email communications and community updates
Google Analytics for website analytics

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Storie does not guarantee specific results or outcomes
Storie is not responsible for decisions made based on our services
Storie is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Force Majeure
Storie is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Illness
Technical failures
Venue issues
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Supplier issues
Where possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with the revised date.
Your continued use of Storie services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
